Dine for a Cause is back again at Table 26. The summer dining series will kick off with a $150 prix fix dinner and wine pairing with Failla wines to benefit our local crisis lifeline, the 211 Hotline. The event, which will take place at Table 26 on Monday, July 17th at 6:30pm, calls for country chic attire.
The 211 Hotline is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency that provides team of specially trained staff to assist callers with crisis intervention, suicide prevention, information, assessment and referral to community services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Now in its fifth decade of providing help to community members throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coats, the 211 Hotline takes over 100,000 call a year. This important organization helps save lives every day and operates on donations.
Table 26 co-owner, Edward Schmidt, is a board members and passionate supporter of the organization. Dine for a Cause at Table 26 will kickstart the 2017-2018 fundraising year for the 211 Hotline. Other upcoming fundraisers for the non-profit organization include the First Annual Lifeline Luncheon at the Kravis Center on Thursday, October 19, and its Fourth Annual Spring Gala, which will take place at the Four Seasons Palm Beach on Friday, March 9 and will be chaired by Palm Beach Social Diary Editor, Jessica Fontaine Swift, and her husband, Trent Swift.
