We had the honor of working alongside Cristyle Egitto of EatPalmBeach in hosting a culinary collaboration like nothing we've ever done before. Incrporating a number of local brands, we carefully helped to orchestrate collaborative opportunities, resulting in a meticulously put together dinner soiree for 32 special guests.
Local brands, influencers and media enjoyed a unique interactive event where guests got to taste, touch and experience a five course menu prepared by nearly 20 local businesses, including a private chef, local meat purveyor, seafood company, floral expert, and retail businesses. The result was nothing short of amazing. Chef Chris Marshall of Hampton Forks worked alongside Bush Brothers Co to carefully create a Florida themed menu, which was complimented by an array of delicious and unique wines paired by the Vine Post. Our beautiful tablescape also offered an opportunity for local businesses to work together, including Atlas Event Rentals and Pioneer Linens for the gorgeous tablescape, Flower & Fringe for florals, McMow Art Glass who created take home coasters for the group, and Alaina's Bake Shoppe Café, who put together adorable pineapple cookies as place cards. Even our raw first course of oysters and delicious Proper Ice Cream pavlova sundae bar were complimented by sparkling and dessert wines provided by the Vine Post, served on beautiful marble plated from Atlas Event Rentals.
The delectable 'Tour de Florida' five course menu consisted of the following:
- Florida Bay Raw Oysters + Champagne
- Pork Belly with Guava BBQ, Cracked Conch and Smoked Plantain
- Confit Rabbit with Rough Mustard Parisienne Gnochi, English Peas, Cured Chorizo and Hazelnut Crumb

The impressive display included flavors like pistachio, chocolate, and strawberry topped with crushed hazelnut and caramel. The always delicious Dreamallows provided an adorable parting gift in the shape of a fluffy pineapple to round off the evening.
