Kapow! Noodle Bar is opening a second location in downtown West Palm this Friday, July 21. Co owner Vaughan Dugan and Sub-Culture Restaurant and Nightclub Group founders Scott Frielich and Rodney Mayo, have joined forces to take over the Longboards space (519 Clematis Street) and turn it into the second Kapow! restaurant. The Pan-Asian eatery is known for their noodles, buns, small plates, and creative cocktails in a hip, art-adorned atmosphere.
The 3,000 plus square foot space will offer nearly double the dining area of the original Boca Raton location. It will also showcase a new interior design created by Mayo, the Sub-Culture group's creative designer. The menu and beverage system will remain the same according to Frielich, serving up favorites including skirt steak ramen, steamed buns, and the Spicy Lover cocktail.
The trio also says they're actively looking for future Kapow! sites, with locations being considered in and out of the state. "We've grown a lot in the past five years, so we're taking that experience and using it to turn this into a bigger, better Kapow!" says Frielich.
The VIP Sneak Peek is this Thursday, July 20 at 8PM. Join Scott Frielich, Vaughan Dugan and Rodney Mayo, along with Executive Chef Tim Nickey & Cesar Brea, Jr. for what promises to be a "damn good time", featuring:
