We're mad for Le Macaron, and the Palm Beach location could not be any sweeter. From the gracious owner, Natasha Rawding, to the whimsical ceiling to floor decor, and of course the wide selection of tasty treats, we're crazy about our experience at Le Macaron Palm Beach.
The French pastry shop opened it's doors at 302 South County Road (previously Sweet Spot) on February 12, 2017. The boutique space is wrapped in bright pink walls with crystal chandeliers, marble bistro tables, and acrylic chairs. The aroma of fresh brewed Nespresso coffee and decadent desserts awaits you in the refreshing air conditioning; a treat for the eyes and nose. Le Macaron is the perfect place for a morning coffee and croissant, afternoon iced cappuccino and macaron, or evening espresso and gelato.
Rawding, a native resident of Palm Beach, attended culinary school in Paris prior to opening Le Macaron. She specializes in handmade macarons, while also serving up artisan chocolates, fresh baked pastries, a variety of imported gelato and an assortment of coffees and refreshing beverages. Rawding hand makes the meringue-based macarons at her bakery offsite, offering a large variety of colors and flavors.
The flaky shell and creamy inside are absolutely heavenly, and the flavors at Le Macaron are so unique and playful. There are 20 varieties all together, including Rose, Lavander White Chocolate, Lemon Cream, Coconut, and Gingerbread. For the more adventurous, sprinkled-blue bubble gum and Lilly Pulitzer inspired pink and green macarons await you. At only 80 calories each, no preservatives, and gluten-free, these macarons are also guilt-free.
Some of our favorite flavors include Mango Passion, Lavender White Chocolate, Lemon Creme and Rose!
The packaging is just as fun as the pastries, making these the perfect gift. Le Macaron offers creative gifting options such as favor boxes or macaron towers. Also great for entertaining, Rawding offers catering for intimate dinner parties, trunk shows, or charity galas.
During season, Le Macaron is open from 10am to 10pm, seven days a week, and is the perfect after dinner desert destination on the island. For more info on Le Macaron, visit their Facebook page, or call 561.249.3028.
