The upcoming Leukemia Lymphoma Society ("LLS") Gala has named its co-chairs, and they are pretty fabulous. Nick and Carissa Coniglio, who have been working with the charitable organization for several years after a close friend was diagnosed with a blood cancer - and cured with the help of LLS, have big plans for the 2018 black-tie gala.
The gala, which will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at The Breakers Palm Beach, promises to be the most successful one to date. With a WILD theme in store, guests will experience a magical atmosphere with painted animal models strutting around throughout the cocktail hour in the courtyard, a tribal dance performance, gourmet dinner, ultra-exclusive silent auction items, and live music by “The Clique.
Nick is a partner of E.R. Bradley’s Saloon and co-founder of Cucina, 123 Datura and the Island Bee. Carissa is a Florida Realtor Associate with Tina Fanjul Associates. Though both Carissa and Nick balance careers, family and personal lives, they make plenty of time for this important cause.
The WILD gala festivities will kick off at 7:00 p.m. with tickets selling for $700, and a special junior price of $450 for 40 and under. Proceeds will support research, advocacy, and local patient support, as LLS strives towards a world without blood cancers.
Leukemia Lymphoma Society works to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life for patients and families in Palm Beach County.
